Christmas Walk 2010

The third weekend of the 28th Annual Christmas Walk is nearly done. Visitors enjoyed the late evenings of lights and holiday music, food and shopping despite a little cold and drizzly rain. We apologize for not posting more often. Will try to do better next year.

Cute Drop-off

This little feller and one or two of his siblings was simply dropped off in the village of Metamora a couple of days ago. He's cute as a button, scared, probably hungry, and one of several dozen dogs a year just let out of someone's car, apparently in the hopes that someone will take them in. Why do people DO that? We love dogs, but there are only so many we can absorb. If you are looking for a puppy, call us very soon at 513-314-5693 for info on where to pick this little guy up. Otherwise his fate will unfortunately likely be the Franklin County dog catcher :(
